I’m an independent consultant and advisor on AI, automation and digital transformation. I work with business owners and leadership teams who still run orders, invoices, inventory and reporting on spreadsheets and follow-up emails, and want systems that run without the chase.
I’ve worked in the messy middle of business and technology since 2008. I started as a software engineer, spent four years as an SAP MM consultant, and then nearly ten years as Manager (IT & ERP) at Rhiti Group. There I ran ERP operations, MIS reporting and Google Workspace, and cut record-management errors by about 15% with SOPs and cleaner reporting.
Every engagement follows the same sequence: diagnose where time leaks, write the SOP, automate what repeats, then give owners dashboards they trust. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Scrum Master and PMP certification training back the delivery side.
