This is my personal site — notes, case studies, and how to reach me. I am not a company collecting customer databases here. Still, if you write to me or if analytics runs, some information passes through. This page explains that in plain language.

What I receive from you

If you email me or use a contact form, I see whatever you choose to send: usually a name, email address, and your message. I use that only to reply and follow up on the conversation you started.

What the site may log

Like most sites, hosting and analytics can record basic technical details (for example approximate location from IP, browser type, and which pages were opened). I use that to understand whether the site is working and which writing people actually read — not to build marketing profiles.

Who else touches the data

I do not sell your information. Email and hosting providers process messages and page requests so the site can run. Analytics tools (when loaded) process usage under their own terms. Linked ventures such as Brandtrove, Productive IT, or PrimeSpaceWorks are separate sites with their own policies.

How long I keep things

I keep enquiry emails while they are still useful for the conversation, then delete or archive them. Analytics retention follows the tool’s defaults.
